This after-hours event is designed specifically for cyclists to stretch out tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support recovery, all in a fun, supportive environment. π
Whether youβre an experienced yogi or have never set foot on a mat before, this class is open to all levels, including complete beginners.
Weβll focus on the areas cyclists need most β hips π¦΅, hamstrings, quads, lower back, and shoulders πͺ β helping you ride more comfortably, prevent injuries, and feel more relaxed on and off the bike.
