About
In this workshop you will have the chance to play around with popular arm balances within a small group setting. We will spend time breaking down each arm balance with tips on how to go from beginner level to advanced.
I have tips to help you build the strength and confidence for each pose. Many of these poses look harder than they really are. I will give tips on which parts of the body to focus on with flexibility and strength to progress into the poses. If you don’t manage them in the workshop you will know what to work on to start moving towards the full pose.
