Let’s flow together from the comfort of your own space! My online yoga classes are held every Sunday and Monday via Zoom. Once you book, you’ll get the Zoom link sent straight to your inbox 30 minutes before class. It’s the same link each week, so after your first class, you can just reuse it—just be sure to book before joining!

I recommend hopping online about 5 minutes before we start to make sure everything’s working smoothly. If you have any issues with the link or joining, please contact me before those final 5 minutes. Once the class begins, I’ll be teaching and won’t be able to help. So please don’t leave it until the last minute—reach out early!

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL CLASSES

These are my absolute favorite classes of the week! We have a lot of fun exploring new poses, wobbling out of handstands and arm balances, and laughing at ourselves along the way. The atmosphere is playful, challenging, and uplifting—everyone leaves with a big smile. We begin gently, lying on our backs with breath awareness to center and ground. From there, I guide you into a dynamic vinyasa flow, starting with stretches and core work. I focus on teaching the “how-to” of advanced poses, breaking them down step-by-step so you can really understand them, rather than just flowing through. My classes shift every 2-3 weeks, giving you time to master sequences while ensuring variety, helping you build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body without falling into routine.

MIXED LEVEL CLASSES

These classes are designed for all levels of students, with options provided throughout to guide you towards more challenging poses. Whether you’re learning new poses, exploring them for the first time, or simply want to take it easy, you’ll find the support you need to progress at your own pace. The class follows a vinyasa flow style, where movement is synced with breath. We always start gently, usually lying on the back with breath awareness to center, ground, and arrive. From there, I’ll guide you into a dynamic flow, incorporating stretches, core work, arm balances, strong standing poses, and deep stretches.

This class is suitable for complete beginners who have a reasonable level of fitness and no injuries. If you prefer a slower-paced class, I recommend joining the dedicated Beginners’ Class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.

Please note, free classes and those attended with unlimited memberships do not qualify for stamps. Be sure to bring your loyalty card with you to each class to keep earning stamps!

Birthday Classes
After registering on my booking system, you’ll receive a FREE class from me on your birthday! Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from me on your special day.
