Shiatsu Neck Massagers

These are the best thing invented since sliced bread! Honestly I couldn’t live without it. Great for injury rehab or just general aches and pains in the body. Although they are called neck massagers, you can use them anywhere on the body. Neck, lower back, glutes, quads and one of my favourites is to use it on my side body around the ribcage where I get particularly tight.

Massage Balls

These massage balls are a must have accessory for anyone that has tight sore spots in the body. Much more portable than the electronic massager, you can keep one at work, in your bag or in your car so you have one wherever you go. I never go on holiday without one of these in my suitcase.

If you’ve tried massage with tennis balls with me in my classes, I talk about using the firmer balls for a deeper massage. The fitness mad pack of 3 are a great deal. As you have a few you don’t have to remember where you have put it, and you can keep them in multiple places.

Mini Massage Gun

Mini massage guns are a game-changer! I use mine all the time and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. It’s great for tight spots, post-yoga recovery, or just getting rid of those everyday aches and pains. Despite being small, it’s super powerful and easy to use anywhere—neck, shoulders, glutes, you name it. My absolute favorite places are the IT band and quads, especially after I’ve overdone it with a run or a cycle. If you haven’t tried one yet, you’re missing out!
