Charlie is a very talented instructor who makes it very comfortable for anyone of any level of yoga experience to practice with. Her lessons are balanced and allow you to give your body a good workout, as well as relax and turn off your head after a working day. Great Monday night yoga class with Charli. The venue is perfect with a lovely high ceiling. Charli’s classes are at a good intermediate level with lots of variation week on week keeping it interesting and fun.

Yoga with Charli's Monday evening yoga class at St. Saviours Church is my favourite yoga class of the week. Charli's classes are always varied with lots of opportunities to try out new fun sequences and importantly give you the space and environment to really move deeply into your yoga practice and explore how yoga can help you balance both your mind and body whilst at the same time having fun. I have done Charli's classes for over 5 years and keep coming back for more!
