Looking for yoga classes in North West London? I offer group classes at welcoming venues in Belsize Park, Chalk Farm, and Hampstead Heath, as well as at Triyoga Camden. These locations are easily accessible if you live in Primrose Hill (NW1), Kentish Town (NW5), Gospel Oak (NW3/NW5), Golders Green (NW11), or nearby postcodes.

With five classes a week, students often see familiar faces and enjoy a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Friendships naturally form, and we’ve had the pleasure of sharing memorable retreats together. During the summer, we take our practice outdoors to Hampstead Heath, where we often end with refreshing swims in the Hampstead ponds. The sense of connection and community in my classes is something truly special.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL CLASSES

These are my absolute favorite classes of the week! We have a lot of fun exploring new poses, wobbling out of handstands and arm balances, and laughing at ourselves along the way. The atmosphere is playful, challenging, and uplifting—everyone leaves with a big smile. We begin gently, lying on our backs with breath awareness to center and ground. From there, I guide you into a dynamic vinyasa flow, starting with stretches and core work. I focus on teaching the “how-to” of advanced poses, breaking them down step-by-step so you can really understand them, rather than just flowing through. My classes shift every 2-3 weeks, giving you time to master sequences while ensuring variety, helping you build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body without falling into routine.

MIXED LEVEL CLASSES

These classes are designed for all levels of students, with options provided throughout to guide you towards more challenging poses. Whether you’re learning new poses, exploring them for the first time, or simply want to take it easy, you’ll find the support you need to progress at your own pace. The class follows a vinyasa flow style, where movement is synced with breath. We always start gently, usually lying on the back with breath awareness to center, ground, and arrive. From there, I’ll guide you into a dynamic flow, incorporating stretches, core work, arm balances, strong standing poses, and deep stretches.

This class is suitable for complete beginners who have a reasonable level of fitness and no injuries. If you prefer a slower-paced class, I recommend joining the dedicated Beginners’ Class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.

SLOW FLOW CLASSES – BEGINNERS / MIXED LEVEL

This is a slower-paced class where we focus on alignment and the finer details of transitioning between poses. You’ll learn the “how-to” of each pose, breaking them down step-by-step, rather than just flowing through the practice. It’s perfect for beginners looking to build a strong foundation, as well as more experienced students wanting to revisit the basics or enjoy a gentler practice. We begin gently, usually lying on the back with breath awareness to help you center, ground, and arrive. Each pose is approached with attention to alignment, and we tailor it to your flexibility, any injuries, or your yoga experience. With small class sizes, I provide personalized feedback to help you feel confident in each pose and advance your yoga practice as you learn.
