Join us for a unique evening of yoga, cycling connection, and community at Giant Store Camden.
This after-hours event is designed specifically for cyclists to stretch out tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support recovery, all in a fun, supportive environment. 🌟

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or have never set foot on a mat before, this class is open to all levels, including complete beginners.

We’ll focus on the areas cyclists need most – hips 🦵, hamstrings, quads, lower back, and shoulders 💪 – helping you ride more comfortably, prevent injuries, and feel more relaxed on and off the bike.

🗓 Evening schedule
⏰ 6:00 pm – Doors open, check in, and settle into the space
🧘 6:30 – 7:30 pm – Yoga for Cyclists class with Charli
☕ 7:30 – 8:30 pm – Relax and mingle over refreshments, connect with fellow riders, and chat all things cycling 🚴‍♂️
