🧘 About the Class

Charli, a yoga teacher with 14 years’ teaching experience, will guide you through a steady-paced, supportive class with clear instructions, making sure you feel comfortable and well looked after especially if it’s your first time.

This beginner-friendly yoga class combines gentle stretching with strengthening poses, to help improve mobility, posture, and overall body awareness. You’ll be guided step by step, with options to suit your level, so you can move safely while still feeling challenged.

Yoga is especially helpful if you have tight or achy areas in your neck, shoulders, back, hips, or hamstrings, while also building strength and stability. Expect to leave feeling more balanced, energized, and connected to your body.  A perfect mix of stretching, strengthening, and mindful movement.

I have a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow (up to 10), but if you can bring your own, please do. If you’d like me to reserve a mat for you, just let me know in advance.
