Looking for yoga classes in Belsize Park, Hampstead & Primrose Hill? I offer group classes at welcoming venues in Belsize Park and Hampstead Heath (NW3), as well as at HOME Wellness and Triyoga.
With numerous classes a week, students often see familiar faces and enjoy a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Friendships naturally form, and we’ve had the pleasure of sharing memorable retreats together. During the summer, we take our practice outdoors to Hampstead Heath, where we often end with refreshing swims in the Hampstead ponds. The sense of connection and community in my classes is something truly special.

MIXED LEVEL 60 MIN CLASSES
A welcoming, well-rounded vinyasa flow class suitable for a wide range of levels. We begin gently, often lying on the back to connect with the breath and arrive in the body, before moving into a flowing sequence that includes stretching, strength-building, core work, and grounding poses.
You’ll be offered variations throughout so you can adapt the class to your needs—whether you’re newer to yoga, easing back in, or feeling ready to explore stronger shapes. The pace is steady and mindful, with time to focus on alignment and breath-led movement, supporting strength, mobility, and calm.
This class is suitable for complete beginners with a reasonable level of fitness. If you prefer a slower-paced introduction to yoga, the Slow Flow Class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm may be a better place to start.
MIXED LEVEL 75 MIN CLASSES
A steady and well-rounded vinyasa flow class designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence in your practice. With time to explore more fully—moving through creative sequences with space to play, pause, and deepen. We begin gently on the mat with breath awareness and stretches, then build into dynamic sequences that include core work, standing poses, and the option to try more challenging shapes
The extra 15 minutes allows us to work deeper into stretches or spend time breaking down more advanced postures step-by-step, giving you the chance to understand the “how” behind the pose rather than just flowing through it.
Expect variety, progression, and encouragement. Options are offered throughout, so whether you’re gaining confidence or refining your practice, you’ll feel supported to explore at your own pace.
This class is best suited for students with some previous yoga experience and a reasonable level of fitness. Complete beginners are encouraged to join the Slow Flow Class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.
SLOW FLOW BEGINNERS WELCOME
This is a slower-paced class where we focus on alignment and the finer details of transitioning between poses. You’ll learn the “how-to” of each pose, breaking them down step-by-step, rather than just flowing through the practice. It’s perfect for beginners looking to build a strong foundation, as well as more experienced students wanting to revisit the basics or enjoy a gentler practice. We begin gently, usually lying on the back with breath awareness to help you center, ground, and arrive. Each pose is approached with attention to alignment, and we tailor it to your flexibility, any injuries, or your yoga experience. With small class sizes, I can offer personalized feedback, helping you feel more comfortable in each pose or progress further in your practice.
BELSIZE PARK LIBRARY
Belsize Park Library is just a 5-minute walk from Belsize Park Station or 10 minutes from Swiss Cottage and Chalk Farm stations. The space is bright and airy, with high ceilings and large windows, and you’ll be practicing surrounded by books, adding a unique sense of calm and focus. Toilets are available if you need to change, and mats are provided if you don’t have your own.

THE REC CLUB
The Rec Club is just a 3-minute walk from Hampstead Heath Station, 9 minutes from Belsize Park, and 13 minutes from Hampstead Station. Classes are held in Studio 1, located through the corridor beside the swimming pool and up a short flight of stairs. Be sure to check in with reception when you arrive. Please remember to bring your own mat.

Student Price
This offer is available exclusively for full-time students. You will be asked to provide a photo of your student ID as proof of eligibility.
Loyalty Cards
You’ll receive a loyalty card when you attend your first class. Your card will be stamped each time you attend a paid class. Please note, free classes and those attended with unlimited memberships do not qualify for stamps. Be sure to bring your loyalty card with you to each class to keep earning stamps!
